Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to use the service in your location. Keep account access secure, use a non-identifying public username, and provide accurate information to us.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines and applicable law. You may not threaten others, expose personal information, interfere with the service, evade enforcement, automate abuse, or use the service to facilitate harm.
Debate content and AI
You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant us permission to host, display, process, and moderate it to operate and improve the service. AI responses and scores may be inaccurate and are not professional advice.
Moderation
We may block content, limit features, time out, suspend, or ban accounts when reasonably needed for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or service protection. Scoring decisions are automated and may not be appealable.
Service availability
The service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, DebateYou is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
