General support
Email shugigg9@gmail.com with a short description and any relevant match ID. Do not include passwords or another person's private information.
Urgent safety
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For a threat or exposed personal information in a debate, use the in-match Report button and email support with the match ID.
Account and data deletion
Signed-in users can start a deletion request from the Account page. You can also email support from the address connected to your account.
Response expectations
We prioritize credible threats, doxxing, and account-security issues. Other requests are handled in the order received.
